We go beyond making a site look good. We design and build sites that solve a real business problem — get found, explain the offer, and turn a visitor into an enquiry.

Our process

A Faster Way To Design
And Build Your Website

We combine strategy, design and development into one workflow, so the work moves in reviewable stages instead of disappearing for a month.

Step 1Plan

Define the goal

We start by understanding the business, who the site is for, and which pages actually have to earn their place.

Step 2Structure

How long does a website project take?

A landing page is usually 3–5 business days from kickoff to launch. A standard business website — five to twelve pages with custom design, responsive layouts and on-page SEO — takes 1–3 weeks. An ecommerce website build on Shopify or WooCommerce runs 3–6 weeks once product data, payment gateways and shipping rules are in scope, and a custom web application or ERP dashboard 6–12 weeks depending on how many user roles and third-party integrations it has to carry.

Those timelines assume content and brand assets arrive on schedule. The most common delay on any web development project is not design or code — it is waiting on copy and product photography, so we start those conversations in week one. You get a written milestone plan before we begin, with design review, build, QA and launch dates fixed, plus a shared board so you can see what stage every page is at without chasing an update.

How much does a website cost?

A single landing page starts around ₹40,000. A business website typically runs ₹40,000–₹2,00,000 depending on page count, how much custom design and illustration is involved, and whether you need a CMS your team can edit without us. Ecommerce website development starts higher — around ₹1,50,000 — because catalogue structure, payment and shipping integrations and checkout testing all add real scope. Custom web applications and ERP builds are quoted per project after a discovery call.

Every project is a fixed price agreed before a line of code is written: no hourly billing and no surprise change orders. The quote covers UI/UX design, development, responsive testing across devices, on-page SEO and launch. Hosting, premium plugins and paid stock assets are listed separately so you can see exactly what recurs each year. If your budget is fixed, say so on the first call and we will scope to it rather than quote past it.

What do you need from us to get started?

A conversation first: what the business does, who the website is for, what a good enquiry actually looks like, and which pages have to earn their place. From there we need three things — your brand assets (logo files, fonts, colour palette if they exist), any existing copy or product data, and access to your domain and hosting.

Nothing on that list is a blocker. If you have no brand guidelines we work from what your current site and marketing already use. If the copy does not exist we write it, structured around the keywords your customers actually search for. If product photography is thin we will tell you exactly what to shoot. The single fastest thing you can do is nominate one decision-maker for approvals — web design projects that stall almost always stall in feedback rounds, not in design or development.

Do you handle both web design and development?

Yes. UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, and the SEO that keeps the site found all happen inside the same team.

That matters more than it sounds. When a design agency hands static mockups to a separate development shop, the things lost in the gap are exactly the things that decide whether a site performs: responsive behaviour at awkward breakpoints, real content lengths versus placeholder text, image weight, accessible focus states, and how the CMS actually gets edited day to day. Designing and building in one place means those are resolved as decisions rather than discovered as bugs. You get one point of contact, one timeline and one invoice — and nobody in the middle explaining that the other party caused the delay.

Which platforms do you build websites on?

Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Framer, or a fully custom stack — chosen for how your team needs to run the site, not for our convenience. Webflow suits marketing sites where you want visual editing and clean hosting without plugin maintenance. WordPress makes sense for a large content library, multilingual requirements, or a plugin ecosystem you already depend on. Shopify is the default for ecommerce unless your catalogue or checkout is genuinely unusual. Framer is fast for launch pages and product sites that lean on motion. Custom React or Next.js builds are for web applications and dashboards where a CMS would only get in the way.

We will tell you honestly when a cheaper platform does the job. At launch you get full admin access, the source files, and a short training session — the website belongs to you, not to us, and moving it elsewhere later stays entirely your decision.

Will the website be fast and search-engine ready?

Speed and SEO are part of the build, not something bolted on afterwards. Every page ships with semantic HTML, a correct heading hierarchy, descriptive image alt text, structured data where it applies, clean internal linking, and meta titles and descriptions written per page rather than generated from a template.

On performance we budget for Core Web Vitals from the first design decision: images served in modern formats at the sizes actually used, fonts preloaded with a sensible fallback, no render-blocking scripts, and layout stability protected by explicit image dimensions. We test on real mobile hardware and throttled connections, not just a desktop Lighthouse score.

After launch we submit the XML sitemap, connect Google Search Console and Analytics, and send you a baseline report — then measure again at 30 days rather than assuming it worked.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. A large share of our work is for founders and marketing teams outside India — across the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE and the wider Gulf, and Singapore.

We keep working hours that overlap your morning, run projects asynchronously on a shared board so progress stays visible without a standing call, and schedule reviews at times that are not midnight for you. Invoicing is available in INR, USD, GBP, EUR or AED, and contracts, scope documents and handover documentation are all in English. Time zones have never been the hard part of remote work — unclear scope is, which is why every project starts with a written brief both sides sign off before design begins.

Can you work with our existing in-house team?

Often that is exactly the arrangement. We slot in alongside an in-house marketer, founder or developer and take the design and build load, which is usually faster and cheaper than hiring a designer and a developer outright.

In practice that looks like one of a few things: we design and your developer implements; we build on top of a design system your team already owns; we absorb overflow when your internal roadmap is full; or we act as the entire web function while you focus on the product. We work inside your tools — Figma, Slack, Notion, Jira, GitHub — rather than asking you to adopt ours, and we document what we build so your team is never dependent on us to make a change.

Do you offer website support and maintenance after launch?

Yes. Monthly website support covers content and design changes, new landing pages, plugin and platform updates, security patching, uptime monitoring, performance tuning and ongoing SEO work.

It runs as a fixed monthly rate with a defined turnaround rather than an hourly retainer you have to police. Most clients use it for the steady drip a live website needs — a new case study, a seasonal campaign page, a pricing change, a Core Web Vitals regression after a platform update. You can scale up during a campaign and back down afterwards, and you can stop any month: there is no lock-in and no exit fee.

If you would rather run the site yourself that is fine too — full access and documentation are handed over at launch either way.
